Purchasing

For a safe shopping experience I accept credit/debit cards and e-checks through Paypal secure server. You do NOT need a Paypal account. Paypal uses SSL technology to keep your information secure. Paypal does NOT share your financial information with me.
Prices of items are for purchases and shipping in the USA. Michigan residents add 6% sales tax.
Every effort is made to give a true description of the goods by photograph and text. Colours will vary from monitor to monitor. All sizes are approximate.

Shipping

Shipping charges are added at checkout. Purchases are mailed via USPS First-Class or Priority Mail. Orders are shipped as soon as payment is confirmed.
At this time I only ship to the USA within the lower 48 states. Your order will normally be shipped within 2 - 3 business days of confirmation of order and payment.
All shipping costs include insurance. I do not charge a handling fee, you pay only for mailing and packaging costs.

Shipping charges for hand painted mailboxes are calculated at order and are dependant on zip code of customer. They are usually shipped via Fedex, but I will try to find the most economical carrier for the customer.

Returns

If item received is damaged in transit please notify me immediately upon receipt. Keep all original packaging as originally shipped.
All other requests for return must be made within seven days of receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer.
Before returning any item, please contact me for a return authorisation number.
Custom or personalized orders are non returnable. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm personalization, etc when placing an order.
